How are the drops ? Unique/quest mobs drop 3-5 rares/uniques ?

on caster spells all synergy is removed, melee skills and auras etc have synergy still.
bosses seem to drop uniques still, gris drops set still but i didnt see more than 3, sometimes they drop 0 uniques.
i soloed andy and got to tal rasha tomb as fissure dru, killing coldworm was cancerously slow, juggernaut was ok. overall some bosses die ultra slow so i just cant tolerate it such as smith and countess, its just too long fight so i skipped them. andy and guardian was long-ish fight but for act boss it was ok, need some dodging skill for andy but its fair. so now i was at duriels guardian and holy shit it takes so long i dont think i will do it lol, it even drains my hp down so i cant stay more than 15 minutes there but his hp doesnt even go below 2/3 in that time so again i cant tolerate such bs. so i started two weapon barb and it survives ok but trash killing is too slow for me with 20base ed tirel rw in scepter for 45 dmg each (not bad, seems to be best base but...) its still slow and i start to get tired of it playing alone.
from thread i read rune drops are like 1.7, so thats fair, no infinite grind for it hopefully.
but yea idk about duriel guardian now, might not be doable with fissure/molten boulder, especially considering duriel himself is even tankier as the documentation says... i will see if i can get to it with 2 weapon barb or try again with caster druid but not sure about it. i can certainly buff my defenses but offense probably not so i will probably not be able to tolerate the duration of the fight
