Notes:

Skills: Maxed Pestilence, Nightwalker, Embalming, Deathward and Death Lord. Rest goes into Black Mass for more avoid if needed.

Now that I used Death Lord, I improved my defense by a lot. Without

Natasha's Legacy (Xis)

I was able to get up to 760 k defense whereas I had 296 k defense in the previous video. With Natasha's Legacy I have 966 k defense and as such I have a 5% chance to be hit.

BTW: this build works in cows really good as well. It's good for farming EXP.

Version 3 of the Lazy Nec. I'm now able to clear TA in 5 around minutes (although I walked the wrong way many times xD)

What has changed? Instead of 2 rare rings I use to 2

Ring of Disengagement

1% Chance to cast level 8 Celerity on Kill
+(6 to 10) to Strength
+(6 to 10) to Dexterity
+5 Maximum Stamina

for the clerity proc. Mo'ed with +psn spell damage, MF, and psn skill duration (There's still lots of Mo space but there's simply no casual mystic orb that benefits this build)

Note: this still uses the old version of Farsight Globes which had % ctc teleport on struck. New versions of this jewel doesn't have this anymore, and imho that probably feels a lot better when playing. the teleport on struck was kinda annoying)

looks as though pestilence alone would suffice to clear it, so might as well take the pts out of nightwalker and invest them in deathlord, dont you think?

1 pt deathlord would be more than enough with Deathward -- gives a ton of defense now with its buff (removal of dragonheart from vizharan)

That's a good idea. I actually thought about taking the points from graveyard away because it didn't do anything at all and the damage is only slightly higher than pestilence.

Any idea what else I could skill?

Best options ive found are either

Skull of the Prophet

(% increased block chance, 100-150 life after kill which is huge for this build,
poison dmg and necro skill for pestillence)

Celestial Orchard

Gives a huge chunk of DR and psn/pierce. Add in an

Nero

belt for path of flames and now you can deal with poison immunes. Poison duration MO's /Nef runes help pestilence, after you reach enough poison pierce/duration you can focus on fire pierce for path of flames.

With deathlord you can reach huge defense/max block or some block depending on which setup you go, and big DR as well, making you a tanky farmer. Add in

Sky Scorcher

Beacon and d2stats reader to let you know about drops off screen and this build becomes the true lazymancer

Meh. All lazy builds are becoming the same. Path of flames and some poison auto damage skill. Isn't there anything different?
