for regular enemies the cap is 95% however there's also a 90% cap on each item, therefore you need at least two items giving slow to reach 95%

@ LH i have those Gloves, but i dont understand where is damage here... just because CB? Is that stat so much dmg? I read somewhere its the 4x of normal strike... right?
% to strth can be with shrine blessed ones too... stun atack is just for meele i guess

You get % Strength, Flat Dmg that gets multiplied, cb and nice defensive stats in dmg reduced and life on striking. And since you dont need dex that much, the penalty doesnt really hurt you. Just all around good gloves for strength based builds. Of course you can craft nice gauntlets too, but crafting is always time consuming and gives you no guaranteed good gloved
