I find the Estatic Frenzy keeps getting me killed but it's a huge damage boost.. Anyone with bowzon experience have suggestions?

Well, what suggestion do you want? You need frenzy to do good damage, you just need to practise kiting/dodging cause you will forever be a squishy thing that gets oneshot if not careful until the very very lategame

Spellbind when things get too close, click clickity mouse skills to dodge ranged attacks. Also, a tanky merc or lolbjurer plus some edyrem as distractions can go a long way.

For Bowzon, use wyrmshot more often with points in sunstrike to increase the target range. That helps you determine where monsters are offscreen

How do I upgrade a sacred unique aside from orbs and sockets?

Is there anything like upgrading from tier 1-6 like the unique tiered?

Is there also a way to reroll sacred uniques?
