3 - You can reroll a SU into maybe SSU or SSSU using Enchanted Crystals found in Void if you keep killing enough Eternal Ghosts there. Really low drop chance tho.

How is the defense bonus from Ice Elementals calculated? I had about 29k def with my gear, 15% tcd and Ice Queen but with Ice Elemental bonus it only went up to 44k. Even if I removed Ice Queen flat defense bonus, 150% total defense bonus should still amount to about 19k, so I don't get how this works.

Another question, when do I start getting sacred uniques and set items?
I'm on act 5 terror and not 1 sacred uniques/set item has dropped.
My level is 109, I keep dying in act 5 due to my weak equipments.

Sets start dropping from a5 worldstone terror and uber levels, SU only start dropping from destruction A1
