1115% MF is a total waste. Don't go above 700 (afaik, this is a 'cap of usefulness').

Best place to farm sets is Duncraig, because sets appear in sacred items only, and Dunc has sacred items drop bias. Just imagine that most of those gems, shrines and runes that dropped in K3KBA runs are blue, yellow, green and gold sacred itmes in Duncraig

I suspect you are playing untwinked and are looking for the gear to do harder ubers, then, yes, farming K3KBA for sets makes sense but imo, the whole area is small, so if you do a full TA run, you'll find particularly the same amounts of sets there. The best variant would be farming terror Wordlstone Keep with ~500% MF on players5-8 or Terror Fauztinville as it can bring good results in set drops also.

So I just did K3KBA with 1115% magic find (sacrificed everything but resistances to obtain that, took me like an hour to clear the level...I died SO many times...)
And in this, I found only 4(!) set items (did find the sacred uniques, though)
From what I understand, this is the best place to farm for sets, but 1 item for 15 minutes (about) is *way* too slow for me - with my normal setup, I clear it in about 15 minutes and pull 3 items on average (129 mf).
So the obvious choice is to do it like that, but my question is, where do I aim for on MF to maximize my chances for these? Obviously, there's some diminishing returns in this regard for higher values, so where does it start dropping off the most?

Also, the other day I had a question about where to find a Fauzt boss, and someone posted a map of the place - are the all of the uberlevels mapped out like this? If so, where can I find the maps?

Are you on realm or single player?
If on realm (the drop rates have been significantly lowered), don't ever return to k3k (unless you need jewels or some shit).

You should find a sweet spot between efficiency and MF. If you kill stuff too slowly, more MF is meaningless. Aim to kill stuff fast (5-10 minute runs in k3k for example) and then increase MF until you start slowing down (or dying too much)
