I see that some of my suggestions actually made it to the patch, nice - I'm not entirely certain though if these changes will be sufficient to patch together the absolute travesty that holy melee presented in the previous patch. I already had full uptime on both solar flare and vindicate and making that part of the build easier is nice by all means but that wasn't really the problem.
Could you elaborate further on how divine judgment actually worked in the previous patch and how it is expected to work in the current patch for instance? I think semicontrolled tests would show that the previous mechanism for dealing damage just didn't work or performed far below expectations.
Raw damage together with the leech efficiency in destruction might end up sufficient but I'm a bit skeptical, 250% tcd will turn into a real world result of... 70-100k effective defense, I see no entry about that sadness that is the paladin 2h weapons without rapture while in dragonform so I assume that the previous speedtables

It is at least good to see that someone might even consider using Cinadide's Craft now that it doesn't remove incarnation from the build
Good work either way, hopefully the overall changes propel the build into something people can consider playing except for memetic purposes.
