Find any rare sacred crossbow, cube it with a shrine until you get OHMAN oskill.

OHMAN is a randomly-spawnable affix that can appear on bows and crossbows. It is not the direct effect of any shrines.

You can use the table in the docs at this link under the Wiki Tab --> Item Affixes to find possible random affixes that can spawn on the item type that you are searching for (just type the appropriate names in the correct boxes). Everything you find in that searched list is independent of the shrine: https://docs.median-xl.com/doc/wiki/affixes

To exclusively see the shrine bonuses, go to Wiki tab --> Shrine Bonuses:

Type "Crossbows" into the "Found In" box. That will give you a list of all possible affixes for Crossbows. You can use the "Search Property" box if you're trying to find possible rolls on a specific stat like Enhanced Damage (just make sure you spell it right). You can also use the little drop down menu to select "only show oskills"

i just viewed it, does necro bows can get OHMAN too? or its just for generic bows/crossbows?

Any necromancer crossbow falls in the category of crossbow, but not vice versa, so yes necro xbows can spawn ohman.

That affix table in the wiki page of the docs is exclusively for magics/rares/crafts. The list of runewords is in the Item Tab.

Not sure if I understand what you were asking, but to be clear, you can't craft with shrines on a runeword item. Runewords and crafts are two different item types.
