You need to wait. Now that A3 has caldeum, ruins of Ureh and the Torajan jungles added, it takes a huge amount of time to reveal the map

chances are you haven't updated your client to the hotfix version. the strings display strangely. try making pul rw gloves

Palas Colosseum debuff ring seems to most of the time appear on your feet, not under the mob you are teleporting to. I remember this being an issue several patches ago but IIRC it was fixed and worked correctly last season.
And I have a feeling the new Divine Judgement will be op as hell. But I don't pass judgement until I reach end-game.

Pretty sure the ring is purely cosmetic, the mobs get the debuff when you hit them with colloseum, unless the ring gives them -def and the hit just gives them amp damage.

can confirm. seems to work 60% of the time.
Recorded a video for you guys, this is recorded on patch 1.1.2 , Sunday September 10th @ 1:40AM CST on GS 10, on windows 8.1 using Median XL Client 17.4.1.
RandomOnion in discord asked why I wasnt on 17.4.2 because that might be the issue. But Ausben, has made me aware of the bug and is using 17.4.2 so Im sure that this isn't an exclusive issue to 17.4.1 client.
