Dogmas do not exist anymore. Skill signets drop from enemies in the Torajan jungle.

Dogmas don't exist anymore. Skill signets are random drop from Torajan jungle monsters.
What's the best way to increase my block%? I'm level 117 and just starting to work my way through destruction but am finding myself very squishy (throwsin).
Also, why is the damage on Deaths Touch so crazy high? Is that a figment of all of the poison damage the proc might convey? It feels like my Ath runed sacred kills faster.

Dex. Just dex. And a classshield that adds +1% block chance.

Well, the only thing you can do is farming sigs as fast as possible. With 500 sigs eaten, you'll be able to reach max block.

Hmm do you have any advice for farming sigs? Keeping in mind that the increased block was because I'm dying quite a bit in destruction.

Well, in the previous patch You were able to farm in TA terror quite easily and get lots of sets to sig.
But why don't you farm dest TA with Maelstrom? You should be rather safe, killing enemies from 2 screens away. Get an act 5 merc if some enemies should get through to you, he'll take care of them.
