How can i reset skill/stats

Im playing as paladin on single player
changed from holy to unholy
but its really hard to kill (on normal) baal.

Is there possibility to reset stats/skills?

Yes you can complete the Den of Evil quest in Act 1 and talk to Akara and have the option there or you can use the cube recipe which is an oil of absolution and a rune which creates the potion you can take which will also reset your skills and stats. The recipe can only be used in patch 1.13 though. For easy questions like this please refer to the Documentation in the future.

And which rune? From where can i get oil of absolution?

you can buy Oil of Absolution from one of the shops (usually the blacksmiths).
