Proc Sin, questions

wasn't there a bug that sometimes makes the offhand proc? something about switching weapons or switching between the first and second set of hands?

it's called wsm bugging, in lod people used it on trapsin

doesn't seem to affect procs though, just weapon swing speed

Noctule will not proc on attack procs (on swing) from offhand, nor offhand on striking/killing from bat missiles.
I am almost positive that there are no missiles in game that could proc on striking from offhand.
Skills like bloodbath/BH/(possibly batkick)/autoattack can only proc offhand stuff.
Its called balance, otherwise noctule might not be such trash skill at all.
Useful enough?

I just wanted to make sure the information is tested and true. No hate.

The tests with barb's deathgaze show that CB from OH works with the generated projectiles, so it seems different dual wield skill projectiles behave differently.

Yes he is right, I tested it myself.. I wonder ppl don't just test it, so much useless talk about a simple fact.
Just equip a honorific katar with 30% spike nova. The other one no spike nova.
See a) no spike novas b) spike novas, depending on which slot your put them claws.

The damage however is used from both claws. (simliar test, use one claw with bigger damage, and then very bigger damage...)

The result makes this skill quite shitty, you have to use a high damage offweapon but can't use it for awesome stuff...
