Keep str/dex as low as possible, keep i mind that u can also upgrade ur charms to get some free stats on them.
We need to get anni charm as well for free stats so keep all shadow band uniq rings to cube soj and summon dc,i sold one soj to npc but nothing happened

Yes, but i need some sort of minimum number to aim at. I will check my charms, i got some of them already upgraded but it will probably add up to +20 str max. Mushroom charm with >+1% xp would be nice, since mine got 1% xp and cannot use for upgrading.

hard to tell exactly how much str u need to invest and it depends on your gear, but its np to stat 30+ for example like i did on my melee pal
