You‘re just unlucky. If I remember correctly the chance is 1/10 or 1/12 to get the bonus. Just continue trying.

The luck bonus has a 20% chance to work.

Anyway, rng sometimes plays tricks on you. It may take you 20 tries even if you have only a 1% chance to fail. So just keep trying!

can anyone explain me how to proceed with Deity's Bow, plz?

is mxl 2017 ok with patch 1.13d or just 1.13c?

how exactly do you need help with that? if you mean cubing it, you need 6 emblems that can drop anywhere in destruction
they have low drop rate and can be quite a pain to obtain and personally i don't think it's worth it

It's not worth using Deity's Bow. Use 6 emblems to upgrade Laz charm instead.

Emblems after a lot of farming are common enough that you can comfortably make both. Deity's Bow is not worthless if you build around it. I've done it with TW (and if I recall, you've done it too recently?), and even with it just as a regular bow druid. It's interesting and different, but you need to build around it.

I did use Deity's bow before, partly satisfied. Just my 2 cents.
If people want to experience the bow, go for it.

So I know this is a stupid question, but... I've completed almost all of the ubers, went through Yshari maze a couple of times to kill worms, farmed Duncraig, Kurast, TA, Dcows and Tcows countless times with and without MF gear, on p1 through p8 and have NEVER found a RARE Sacred Hand of God. I've even found a set one -_-. Which mob/zone has the highest chance to drop one? I want to craft a new weapon for my Holy Meele pala and I'm getting seriously unlucky.
