Thanks. Just saw post from someone that mention realm has better drops, so i asked.
In previous seasons, multiplayer had lower drop rates than single player, but 1.1.3 has equalized the patch for single and multiplayer. same drops, same content, same items, etc.

Seems that when killing a huge amount of cows or in an area where there are huge numbers you can kill, the game does just fine with the drops happening around you. But, you walk 2 screens away, then walk back, boom, you are kicked out, I assume because it's updating your local game on all the items in the environment again and overloads the amount of info the game can handle for that moment. Any way to have it deal with this better?
It's a sprite/activity overload. Nothing to do with the amount of items on the ground besides maybe some slight color and sparkle effect. Mostly due to whatever reanimates/auras/skills are being used. You'll see drops very often in cow games where people haev a lot of party auras and stances across a screen full of summons and reanimates, while also using skills that are fast sprite overflow for the animation effect.
