Can Signets of Skill drop in Hatred Jungle? I've seen xp and gold and learning sigs in hatred.

Neither Hatred nor Terror Torajan Jungles can drop Signets of Skill.

It's active. How many poison duration sources you can stack without division in duration is entirely skill dependent (see here). You just have to test it yourself.

Since it counts as a direct melee hit without proc, you can increase the active poison strength by spell damage. Windform also has an innate physical damage bonus (see here).

I have had absolutely 0 luck finding a Rare sacred mammen axe to use as a base to try to roll a MOTW skill. is there a "best" act or place to find one? or does someone have one that they are willing to just give me? lol

Hammerhead axes are even rarer

but better. Finding a rare one is even harder it either takes magic find or you could use your charsi quest for it. To roll MOTW you want a high ilvl so you can't just make a new char and do it fast. What you can do is take anyone you find, make it magical and reroll it with oil of renewals. Or just play without it until you find one.

madgod as nitz said just renewal a magic axe. it doesnt even need to be sacred just gamble one from the vendor as long as its appropriate ilvl you should be golden.

Like just keep rerolling it as magic or what? im not sure what you mean. i thought you couldnt upgrade magic to rare anymore, so im not sure what you mean. also, how would i be able to tell the ilvl

just gamble it in town if you are level 120 the axe should be ilvl 99 then just up it to blue if its white or burn it down to white then up it to blue if you gambled it rare

then buy some oils and just roll it yes you can still get all the same mods that you can get on crafted items on blue items its just that blue items cannot roll very many mods and dont get the crafted bonus or max sockets.
