Weapon block (does not exist anymore) works against spells.

Block works against physical attacks/spells that carry weapon damage. For example an arrow shot at you or a wyvern shot that shoots arrows at you or a war hammer that gets swung in your face or a thunder wave that exists of some floating mallets which want to hit you. But spells which carry physical damage can't be blocked, the same is true for spells which carry elemental or magical damage.

Most of the stuff enemies do/cast are exactly, stuff that carries weapon damage, stuff you can block.

intended . the number of misiles for procs can only be increased with
Skull of Viz-Jaq'taar

Cyclops
on paladin?

To clarify, if you test it with 1pt maelstorm you get 1 scorption blade proc, so it does seem to increase projectile count. But not as many as skill states.

Does anyone know the exact range of stats superior items can currently spawn with on Median 1.2? I cannot find information about this anywhere. I know the caps but I want to know the range because I am writing a guide.

superior weapon/armor rolls up to 35% ed.

weapons can roll up to 150% ar

Luck oil can give 20% ed and/or 1%dr

I know the caps of them, I want to know the minimum/maximum of them though for a guide I am writing. Also a side note, this should be on the base items page.

I don't understand your question then.

think its 11-35 and 11-150. Regular items cap at 200 ed. Can MO before RW to break the 200 cap or add Jah runes to crafts/su's to break the cap as well.

I had tried to MO post runeword to go over 200% and just assumed after that first try it does not work, I hadn't thought to MO pre runeword. You are the best!
