max block chance is based off your base block chance + dex, the higher base block you have the less dex you need.

Is it affected by Faster Block Rate?

Nope. Block rate determines how long it takes for your character to recover from a hit. During the recovery you can't attack, teleport etc. Duration is measured in frames and there are 25 frames per second. You can find the fbr break points in the speed calc (tools section).

Like Helzo said before, increased block chance on items will help the most. Its typically found on shields and occasionally on weapons/helms.

When you get hit - hit recovery animation.

When you block - block animation

Morphs don't have a block animation, they use the hit recovery speed/animation for blocking.

1 frame = 0.04 seconds

The difference between a 12 frame hit recovery and a 3 frame hit recovery should be obvious - 0.36 seconds. This is a great improvement for your survivability. To get the right values press Game in the header, then tools, then speed calculator. (Here https://www.median-xl.com/tools.php)

Yeah what nitz said mostly. Speed calc lists Deathlord, Werewolf and Diablo as having block animations though. I don't really play any of them so I can't confirm.

Can anyone give me a belladona extract? I have not played this in a long time and did not realize you can't craft them anymore...

When using the Affix burn recipe, what Item Level is the item returned as?

Is there a spreadsheet with the Item Levels that each area produces?

Does a ''Faerie Fire'' cloud have 13 charges before it is depleted, or can it strike multiple targets up to 13 times?
Can ''Faerie Fire'' be stacked in one area, or can a target only be effected by one cloud at a time?
Does ''Faerie Fire''' have to roll Hit% to strike, or is it automatic?

What does a higher level ''Arrow'' proc do?
