Uninstall the launcher - that will reset your gateways to bnet. Then reinstall diablo (or copy a backup of the d2 folder if you made one).

I think you should throw away shit runes ) shrines=vessels -> pgems u can mule = clear stash
You can log with same account and move items to other char )
