This season will end soon (a few weeks) so I wouldn‘t play online if you don‘t have much time to play. Nonladder... tbh I‘ve never seen someone play there. But I only rarely ever check that out. So don‘t take my word for granted.

Yes, nonladder characters can be played, but you‘re probably better off playing ladder only for fun/ to try out new chars or to get some connections to other people, or you start SP, where you can always keep playing the same character regardless of the patch. (Again. Don’t take my word for granted as some patches might disable you to play characters of older versions. That shouldn‘t happen for the next ~ year though)

Hey it's me again with another question ^^

When I first logged in to median Bnet, I remember there was a list of allowed third party programs in multiplayer.
Wasnt there a maphack tool ? I'm wondering this because checking the npc to reveal map can be boring at times, plus I sometimes play on a micro pc and loading act 3 map can take up to 1 minute lol.
Is there an authorized median xl maphack tool that'd display maps the way they are in the game using the npc ?

Another question on that topic:
I see in videos of character showcases a program that displays the sacred / unique loots on the top left corner of the screen : what tools makes this possible ? is it possible and legit on bnet median ?

median comes with integrated maphack, go see greed/atma/meshif/jamina/maleh for map reveal
For the items in the corner you want to DL D2stat : click on 'GAME' at the top of the page then 'TOOLS'
D2 stat is a must have

If you're playing on 1.13 version of diablo I can send you D2MR, which is the maphack that was used before map reveal was implemented.

You can download d2stats from the game tab on the forum toolbar, that's the program which lets you see whats dropped and reads your stats etc.

d2mr still works but it is discouraged due to in-game map reveal

it does have effect, but A3 mercs already have energy factor high enough (~850 on lvl 120) so they benefit much more from %energy - ideally +35% (see viewtopic.php?p=146801#p146801 for more)

D2stat works great, I saw it in the tool section but didnt know it was this program that made this nice qol change!

As for the maphack, I'd love to ! But is it 100 legit and allowed online ?
I see here http://tsw.median-xl.com/rules.php that allowed tools on't have a maphack anymore, and that several people got banned for using one.

Who can I get in touch with to have an "official" clearance for using your program ? I'm using 1.13c is it what d2mr is for or just 1.13 ?
