Short Questions Thread

Hey quick question here:

I'm using an act 3 bloodmage. I made him an honorific sword with fire spell damage MO, fcr MO.
Next MO, I'm thinking about life on attack, but I'm not sure casting spells counts as "attack" ?
Does it ?
If so, I should MO life on attack I guess, if not, what MO would you think is best for his sword ?

no, spells don't trigger on attack

you can use LaeK if you think he need it to survive or you can use magic find and/or poison spell damage

Avoid the beams manually, maybe get more faster run walk. Once you are at pride the beams stop and you have to kill him. This totally depends on your damage or ability to stop his regeneration.

To make faster TPs put a scroll in your belt.

It's magic damage. defense won't help besides against the darkspawn ghosts that are in there

hello boys, I cant manage to summon king koth in terror, i'm trying dark portal before, after killing 1-2-3 of the ancients, cant manage to get koth to spawn. any idea?

Koth doesn't spawn. Dark Portal will open a red portal to a new arreat summit level full of bear shamans and king koth. If you are playing a build that has a skill or item that locks out ranged skills (treewarden morph, deathlord morph, pouncezon lioness passive, etc), you won't be able to use dark portal.

You'll know when dark portal is possible to use when you have a red glowing orb above your head. That's the aura that allows you to use dark portal. what build are you playing? TSW or SP?

If its allowed. Is there any documentation for the damage in TA, perfect if its on p1,3,5 etc. Im thinking on the amazpn warriors?

what do you mean? they do physical damage

Yes. But how much? Context: Im experimenting with flat dmg reduction.. and diffrent builds for me and a merc.
