So I've noticed that the axe spirits are still able to throw while using bear stance.
Are abjurers still able to cast while under bear stance?

Yes they can

I tried out sorcerer without ice elementals. I think its quite good. Now im poison/lightning , but i saw a couple of guys with other setups.
Could somebody give me a quick answer on caster sorc's skillbuild , and prefered items. Im curious what would be the best to farm and deal with immunes / survivabity issues.

Is there a cap on elemental pierce?

Does lemures paired with bear stance not work with the immunity of the skeletons in k3k? It didnt seem to work when i tried it.

(I'm looking for one item that I've had dozens of before my last self wipe, now I can't find it and I'm getting really fucking desperate tbh)

But regular monsters in destruction difficulty have 35% elemental res (if i m correct) and boss have 75% (if i'm still correct), so you can build more than -100% pierce

bosses have 70% iirc so there's no point in going beyond 170
