So on the Skull of Viz-Jaq'taar, it says
Scorpion Blade Projectiles
8% Ctc lvl 40 Scorpion Blade on Kill
Does this mean that the proc can only be set off if something dies from scorpion blade?
And does the proc only throw the one knife since it lacks hard points?
and finally, the oskill on the SU Gargoyle Head Hero's Fang
Is that also only 1 blade because it lacks hard points?
I'm wondering why this would be on a necro, I feel it just doesn't fit anywhere in his kit as a potential build path
