I want to MO a low-level rare. To downlevel a rare, the docs say:
Rare weapon/armor + rare amulet + rare ring → reroll item as level 1 rare item
But what "item" gets rerolled/downleveled - the amulet, ring, or weapon/armor?

You can find low level rare rings but why would you want that? They won't have any useful modifiers.

The best you can get is a unique ring - lottery recipe with spirit trance herb - roll for +1 to all skills on an Noob Loop or Ring of Disengagement if it succeeds then MO it.
