you need to get to act 5 first and kill Shenk the overseer before accesing Honorifics . He drops the infusion needed to make Honorifics .
guys i have a question, when i play on realm i have 120 fps , but when i go play singeplayer its limited to 25 how do i fix this ?

If I remember correctly it adds TCD as passive. I'm not 100% sure since I only once created that rw before the name was changed into devil's omen. I don't remember if there were any other changes though.
