What's the best area to farm shrines, and does difficulty affect drop rate?

I always loved me some bremmtown for that.

Isnt't bremmtown significantly harder to do/get to?

Terror fauzt really is the only easy option for you. If you struggle a lot, just go to the right corner. The summoner there is never protected by a shield. You can then kill the mobs he spawns to prolong the farming process or simply kill him and lure mobs from the north of him into the unprotected zone. Or you can simply kill him and the mobs there and make a ng.

Please correct me if Im wrong...runestones and essences in Teganze are the same as normal runes thus their drop chance is not affected by MF right? And btw where do y'll get so much mf?! I cant get a nice roll with mf on anything

They are the same about mf, not affected. But they're drop chance is not the same. Magic find is easy to boost, cube your items with mystic orbs.

Easiest way to boost mf is by mercenary because your mf + his mf count when he kills mob. Cheap Lum runes 10mf, Tir jewelrcrafting up to 20mf and ofc what Dreamhunter said about adding mystic orbs with mf to honorific gear or crafts because double orb effect.
