How are we supposed to craft with shrines?

Yes, that recipe was removed. Rares can be droped or made using Charsi imbue reward only.

Well, probably if the admins of the online realm let you have the save file. Probably, however in general, no.

Socket perfect gems into your armor (Onyxes, Turqoises, Ambers and the grey ones)
