I started just using /mute all when i start tilting or someone on my team starts feeding. These situations always lead me to rage and if i mute everyone i don't bother swearing at people in chat.
I keep getting reported (i get those warnings about my in game behavior) and really don't want to get chat restricted.

back in time they completely locked your acc for month, so nowadays resctrictions and low priority is a joke

Your slate is clean. But i'm really concerned about A) what the system decides is "toxic" and B) permanent bans. Riot previously went on record saying permanent bans were counter productive (for example, the LCS player Incarnation), but now they're re-instituting perma bans? what the fuck?

Maybe they want to scare people to prevent doing things that leads to perma bans ?

They were saying for 2 years how permanent bans were counter productive and riot wants to encourage reform. They've done their 180.
Fear of perma bans (much like prison sentences) rarely succeed in reforming or preventing.

We'll see in a few months how the bans pan out
