my weapon has a proc: 1% chance to cast level 59 gamma field.
Is that my poison spell damage + 50% make more damage to the gamma field?

yes , your %spell damage and points into energy will boost it (also the -%enemy poison resist if you have any ). however 1% is kinda low

So I am sure this is a dumb question but... does Blocking attacks with a shield work while a Barbarian is Windform'ing ?

clod Whirlwind can trigger block frames, i would assume windform works in the same way.
