Does the oskill Medusa on Ix Rune scythe have Next Delay? Is the oskill any good? Did anyone try to ever make a build around it?

its very weak. looks fun but is bad, tried using on full specced melee nec two season ago and it was awful

that's sad:( the visuals of the skill looked really cool so I was really hoping it would be at least somewhat decent:/

Yes, need book from Big cow boss on top left side of map. Get that book, look what it has and figure how it can work.

The lvl doesn't matter that much. Most important thing is that you need to have maxed your res by that point.

There, with some lvl, there is no rewarding experience

you need to re-equip the book every time you die to regain the green aura that applies to Arihan when he is charmed. He doesn't die in one shot if that's what you're asking.. It takes a while still, but each time the charm wears off, you can see his current HP. just keep going.
