. I could be wrong about the body armor but it seems like Kab runes existed and had a purpose other than 50% enhanced damage/defense. But Moddb doesn't have patches from before Ultimative V7 but some community members would still have them if a guy asked around.

How do I remove the immunes of Akarat?
I’ve killed everything around him, I even managed to remove half his life but his immunes ares back.

Akarat is immune to damage. But when you kill one of his disciples he loses that immunity for a short time. So kill a disciple and then attack him fast. Repeat till he's dead. He heals fast when at low health, so finish him off quickly.

Do the disciples respawn?

No. Use them judiciously.
