yes , it is an amulet not listed , but it can be rolled or droped . yes , there are other unique/sacred unique rings/amulets/jewels that can drop like that and are not listed .

I have 3 questions.

1. Is there a shortcut key when moving items from your Inventory into your stash, and also for selling items out of your Inventory instead of having to drag and drop ?

2. Is there a way to move items from one character to another without having to use a trustworthy friend ? Median xl should make it so as all characters
have access to the same stash, just like path of exile.

3. Is the a key you can press that shows your in game ping ?

1 . you can't move them into stash directly , but iirc someone made a script that allows you to do it . hold Ctrl key and click on the items you want to sell .

Why can't I see my block chance when I hover over defense?
Is it because I have 0% chance to block (I'm wearing a shield, but it doenst give block, but I assumed I'd at least have a 1% chance to block from my dex lol.
