Has there been any mention of a sigma Patch note release date? I’m assuming it would drop 7 days prior but I’d love a little confirmation.

I wouldn't expect until 1-2 days before drop.

for quov tsin if i have event horizon and a thinking cap and stack resists on crafted armor with thai runes can i still tank him or has that changed?

he has changed. Does not pierce anymore. Some flat elemental absorb and 150 flat DR and only maxed res will do it. You have to avoid the bonespear -nova though. Max res Cap is 90% now so you only need Perf gems and amus and rings that you can MO Flat DR on.

I think that flat ele absorb doesnt work if you dont have % absorb first.
