You can craft jewels with the jewel crafting recipe. Specific runes are used to get certain affixes. While attack speed isn't one of them, it is in the affix pool and does spawn randomly.

Ohh i get it now, i just tried it and got one with 5% IAS, does the item level of the jewel matter? like could i get a higher roll with a higher ilvl jewel?

Yes.

Summons naturally get +15% all res per Skill Point (up to a maximum of 75%). They can utilize more, but only an additional +75%. They suffer the same -Res penalties you do in Nightmare and Hell.

So it basically works out like this:

Normal (no Res penalty): 75% innate Res + 25% Minion Res = Elemental immunity.
Nightmare (-50% Res penalty): 25% innate Res + 75% Minion Res = Elemental immunity.
Hell (-100% Res penalty): -25% innate Res + 75% Minion Res = 50% total Res (their natural limit in Hell).

What version of D2LOD reqired to instal MXL:Sigma?

Any version is fine.

Apropos of nothing, does increased gold find stat mean that I get more gold drops or bigger gold drops? I never quite understood that.
