Do circles around the room and cast your hammer every few steps. He should teleport to you and your hammer should hit him and his summons popping you back to full hp almost every time from leech. Just don't get too greedy and try to stay in one place too long and you should be fine.

Hammer of zeara benefits from life leech, on kill, crushing blow? Im not sure how mechanics work in sigma. Is it because its Weapon damage that it can benefit from all that?

On kill always work no matter if it's a melee/projection/spell.
Life leech will work with Hammer of Zerae since it is a WDM, if I'm not mistaken it is even better since it is a 150%WDM so x1.5 life leech (need a confirm).
Same thing for crushing blow it will work with Hammer of Zerae.

ok but, do you actually drop the unique item, or you craft it? i'm kinda lost....

You will gain 5 TU each run so you either get the right drop or you use oil+x2 arcane+item to get it

Am I missing something or is Hammer of Zarae not listed in your Skills plan anywhere. Whats the breakdown for pts distribution, and when?

If I'm not mistaken he commented to someone else that you should leave it a 1 point even if it's your main attack (since we care more about the static 150%WDM).
