163 FCR = 6 frames(not worth investing in for 1 frame on cast rate)
BLOCK RATE

6 FBR = 14 frames
9 = 13 frames
15 = 12 frames
20 = 11 frames
29 = 10 frames
42 = 9 frames
60 = 8 frames
86 = 7 frames
142 = 6 frames (This is the breakpoint you should aim for)
280 = 5 frames (doable. but very high)
1480 = 4 frames (Impossible. don't try)
FHR

13 = 10 frames
20 = 9 frames
32 = 8 frames
52 = 7 frames
86 = 6 frames
174 = 5 frames (this is the breakpoint you should aim for)
