I am a simple pleb that has been working on this build for a long time now. I stream it every day for hours on end and have done most of the content with it prior to Sigma. There may be some things here that you disagree with and that´s fine. Just keep it civil and provide me with as much constructive criticism as possible so that I can improve on this guide as time goes on. There are probably things that I´ve missed so don´t hesitate to ask any questions you might have or point out any flaws you see in here.

Introduction
This is a Blood-tree Amazon build that relies on Magic Missiles and Bacchanalia to deal MASSIVE amounts of damage in an insanely large area - Glass Cannon at its best. It is both a boss killer as well as an insanely fast farmer. Reason it excels is because building a decent one is relatively cheap and takes very little effort. Prior to Sigma, all you needed was a few Enchanted crafts. But now, with the introduction of some new mechanics such as Bloodlust activation of Blood Fury, this build has gotten a massive buff which makes it even easier to play for new players and it can clear a lot more content using simple TU4s.
Build Strength and Limitations
In short, Magic Missiles is a skill that casts out a number of enemy-seeking missiles that deal massive amounts of damage. This skill is further improved when you are below 66% hp by your blood passive Bacchanalia which provides you with x% more damage and an explosion radius of 6 yards to your bolts. This means that when you are low in hp (below the 2/3rd threshold), your damage spikes and each of your bolts becomes like a nuclear bomb that explodes and splashes damage onto all other enemies nearby. In Sigma, there is an additional way to trigger this Bacchanalia buff (named Blood Fury) besides lowering your HP, and that is your innate skill Bloodlust. Bloodlust has a 30 sec CD and 20 sec duration. This addition in Sigma makes it possible to apply this massive damage/explosion Blood Fury buff at any point to yourself even if you are above 66% hp, which, as we will see a bit later, will allow for a cool variation of this build based on Spirit of Vengeance.
For those of you who want to see it live in action, feel free to stop by my stream and ask any questions you might have. Alternatively, here is an introduction video where I run through ~25 charms with TU4 gears in just a few hours:
The video can also be found on twitch if quality on YouTube is still not 1080p: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/370008017?t=01h18m16s
Stats
Str and Dex enough for gear, everything else goes into Energy.
Survivability
This Zon relies on its large HP pool and damage to survive. The motto here is "They can´t kill me if they are dead". Make sure to position yourself in a mid-to-long range distance and cast before getting swarmed. You will be able to kill melee enemies before they close the gap and your insanely long range will enable you to deal with ranged targets just as easily.

Skills
First Variation - Recommended (especially in the early game):
► Show Spoiler
Use paragon to increase your total HP pool and survivability. Paragon provides a vitality buff per gem equipped. Using a ton of Topaz perfect gems will help boost both your HP as well as your Energy (each topaz will end up given you 5% bonus to Energy as well as 150+ Vitality). Alternatively use onyx/bloodstone/amber if you are in need of resistances. This should give you a 23-30k hp pool around the mid-game.
Second Variation (viable now in late game due to Sigma changes):
► Show Spoiler
Reason why Spirit of Vengeance (SoV) is viable in Sigma is because Bloodlust now triggers Bacchanalia´s Blood Fury buff. Previously, you had to be at 66% HP in order to trigger Blood Fury and for that reason running SoV was an extreme risk as you´d be sitting at ~6k HP or so in order to get the buff. Now however, with the new Bloodlust and with the introduction of some new gear, you can easily rest at a full hp pool of 15-20k in the late-game while also having SoV´s amazing damage increase + meat-shield.
Gear
► Show Spoiler
Make sure to MO everything with 2% magic spell damage and whatever room remains, shove other MOs that will help you survive such as resistances, flat dr or perhaps even Energy or ED. And as I mentioned earlier, if you are running a Paragon build, which I recommend that you do in the early game, then you need to socket your armors with Perf Topazes and your weapon with Perf Rubies. Shield sockets are meant to be used for either resistances or MF perf gems.
Warning: The items linked in this gear section may show different modifiers than the in-game ones. This is because the website database is not updated for Sigma yet. Trust whatever the game presents you with and follow the guide based on the item type and rarity. Example: if I recommend Scepter TU, I mean the Scepter TU regardless of what the modifiers here might say.

Note about crafts: If you are going to craft a helm and/or shield, please keep in mind that Blood Fury oSkill can spawn on these items. In other words you can get a second instance of Blood Fury added to your buff totals.
Note about helms: if you can afford the Unicorn RW, make sure to get that over anything else as it is the strongest item in this entire setup. The 5 extra MM bolts alone will give you 33% damage increase at level 135 not to mention all the other modifiers which will make this helm almost as good as the rest of your setup combined.
Note about shields: The Collector, which is an extremely expensive shield, s not really needed. It is an end-game luxury item. Granted, it is much better than the alternatives but it is rather costly to obtain it + the 6 runes that go into it. Damage wise, the shield will add a significant amount to your build especially if you MO it properly. However, its greatest selling point is the fact that it will provide you with an overall bulkiness and LAEK / EF/ SF.
Note about TUs: Please keep in mind that upgrading from TU3 to TU4 items usually has an extremely large penalty on your Str and Dex requirements. We want every single point that we can get our hands on to go into Energy. For that reason, you should aim at having some of the TUs be at tier 3 instead of 4. As an example, TU4 Setzschild shield will run you 50% more strength by upgrading to TU4. That is definitely not worth it in the early game. Keep your shield at TU3 and upgrade only when you have plenty of points to play with.

Use the scroll you got by killing any of the 3 priestesses in TA to summon Athulua in the center of her spawning area. Play the fight from a distance by summoning and throwing missiles where she is standing. Missiles will auto track her. Just make sure to move around and keep your distance. Let her fight your summons while you kill her.
Baal:
Walk in and kill. Use SpellBind to slow him down if you want to.
Quov:
Quov is mainly a gear check boss. All you need to do is to stack 150 flat DR and 90% fire/cold/light res. To accomplish this there are plenty of items that could help you reach those marks. Best of which is Vision of the Furies amazon shield which gives you 100 flat DR by itself, enabling you to reach those targets with relative ease. Use Perfect gems and +max resistance items to get your resistances to 90%. At that point, Quov won´t be able to hurt you!
Judgement Day:
Utilize summons to bait and kill each boss by spamming Magic Missiles like always. Just make sure to save your Bloodlust for the moment right before you start firing your missiles in order to maximize the damage per second output. After killing each boss you have a few seconds to leave the area via the red portal you came in through and go kill the next one. Once you have both bosses killed within the time limit, cube the charm that one of the two bosses drop and you´re done.

Teganze:
Walk in and kill. Depending on your setup and breakpoints, the absorbs might actually survive. You will start killing them once your damage hovers around 8.5k pre-buffs with enough bolts output.
Triune:
Watch out for Archons. When you see a lot of them play it slow. Kill the spires on sight as they deal massive amounts of damage. The final boss (Lucion) is kind of annoying. You need to use the Charm oSkill that is granted to you by an item drop in Truine to charm him into fighting Malic. But before you can do any of that, you need to bait Lucion toward where Malic is located. Utilize your charm skill very wisely as its duration is random.
Lord of Lies (Belial):
Make sure to dodge the big blue balls raining from the sky and don´t stand in his line of fire. If his HP bar suddenly changes don´t freak out. You are now simply targeting one of his many illusions that makes it look as if he´s full HP when in fact he isn´t. Just kill everything in sight. He, Belial, is a tiny little rat that is kind of hard to see unless you pay very close attention.
Bremmtown:
Bremnmtown is a lot of fun and is also the main place for farming exp before you reach level 140. You have 2 minutes to find the boss located in the town and kill him to get a swirl. Once you have the swirl, cube the Dragon Claw charm that is dropped. You should be able to do this on the first attempt. But remember, no dying and you have 2 minutes to complete the quest. Gotta go FAST!
Yshari:
This quest is by far one of the most painful ones in the game. Not because it is hard but because like every other purify fight in the game, it is frustrating more than it is about fun/skill/items/build or whatever. It will take you over an hour just to get the set pieces required to do the fight even when using a good map (link needed here) to traverse the maze, especially if it´s your first try. In addition, the fight itself with Yshari might take you anywhere form 10 to 30 mins depending on your experience level with the fight while the charm drop could be 0-1 skills. I dislike time sink purify quest personally so I rarely bother with this crap but if you want the charm, this build can do it without any problems. Just remember that this quest will drive you mad if you try it without a proper map.
Xazax:
You need to stack some good damage to be able to kill this one really fast as the fight gets harder the longer it goes. You should aim for this fight to be over in less than a minute. Your missiles will target the minions she summons so make sure to isolate her. Pull all the summons to one corner and cast SpellBind on them in order to slow them. Move over to the boss, cast Bloodlust and rain down the magic missiles on her ass. Walk out like a Baws!
Astrogha:
This build melts Astrogha. However, because you can´t target your missiles, they are bound to kill the totems and the Darklings, hence you will be healing Astro and getting death-struck but it´s fine. Be aggressive with your Jitan, pop Bloodlust and fire missiles in all directions. The missiles will hit Astro no matter what and just flat out kill her/him (is it a guy or a grill?). The cold attack is just unavoidable so if that is thrown out and you get hit by it you will die but... that´s fine I suppose. This build can Astro trophy farm easily. If you perfect your fighting style you can definitely do this without dying in under a few mins.
Toraja:
Keep your Edyrem summons up at all time as they are the only thing that can make enemies in that area lose their immunity. Once a minion loses its immunity you Magic Missile it. Easy Stuff really. This build can farm Toraja on 8p without any issues if you´re careful not to dive into a large pool of mobs face first. The exp here is also amazing!
Spirit World:
Clean the map and bait the ratfinks to one dead corner of the map. Let Zorun jump you and cast MM followed by running for your life. Rinse and repeat. Eventually you will need to clear the totems that he spawned as he will be immortal when close to them. Go back to the parts of the map where you previously fought him and purify those totems. Really easy quest with a sweet reward.
Duncraig:
Get the Sigils + Ring of the Five and use fire elementals to tank Assur. Pew pew him with Purify and done. In late game, you will melt these monsters so fast that they won´t even get the chance to throw out the barrels.

Fauztinville:
Used to be much harder in previous patches. You can definitely farm this area if you play it a bit slow and safe with lots of summons. With late game gear, this will become your primary farming spot together with Toraja and Bremm.
Uldyssian:
Uldyssian, like all other purify bosses, is easier in sigma than in previous versions. However, it will take you lots of time as purify is literally the most ass mechanic in the game. You can even do this without dying if you´re using Paragon and are skilled enough in this fight. Not sure if I´ve said this before but... FML do I hate purify bosses.

You can even do this without dying if you´re using Paragon and are skilled enough in this fight. Not sure if I´ve said this before but... FML do I hate purify bosses.

Banisher of Light (Krabraxis):
Pray... Pray hard! Doing this as a MM bloodzon is just a nightmare. He heals every time he kills you or one of your minions so this one is just not doable unless you play everything to perfection with decent/good gear.
Viz-Jun:
Only way to do this one is to stack massive defense and % DR which zon has no easy way of getting without sacrificing everything else. So this one is really hard unless you have late end-game gear. Or perhaps even specialized gear set.
Kingdom of Shadow:
I got lucky with this one as the desync worked in my favor. But you will most likely not be. The level lock is a real bitch. Doing The void before this one really helps imo. you also need lots of FRW and some serious ninja reflexes + paragon setup for more HP

World Nexus:
Like all Purify quests, it is boring but doable if you have enough patience and motivation.
The void:
This fight is best described by listening to this on repeat.
God I hate the purify mechanic. What a load of...
Laz:
With the 15 second lock in place I wanted to wait for better gear first. However, like all other purify bosses, it is a fight designed to frustrate and punish the player for ever playing the game.
Herald of the End:
Not worth it, don´t waste your time or resources regardless of build/character. Although I will try it later in the season for the LULz.
