Minimum Requirements To Defeat Baal
At least from experience..im beginning to believe that Baal and Diablo are meant to be taken down as a group, in Hell Diablo was near impossible. NM baal gave me so much trouble I ended up asking for help on chat since I couldnt level much anymore nor get better gear.

Your problem is simple: you don't have enough charms from Uberquests.
I suggest you farm Cow Level to get to 115 (Wrirt's leg is in Catacomb level 4, near Andariel), then Farm several hours at K3K. Then visit all the place that have charms for level 115 and below, take them all. After that, revisit Baal.

What, he is level 110, how can he still be at Nightmare?

I agree. Grinding to 110 in NM must've taken a looooong time. That's a lot of nili runs.
Just did Baal in NM with my bowazon withoiut merc because of the costs and after dying about 100 times ..... in my opinion its simply crazy when you do NM without bigger problems and then you have to die and to die endless times until baal is dead

Wasn't that long, about... 5 hours? And that was from 107 to 110. I was doing boss runs for crystals and killing everything along the way, 1 run is like 8-9 min. I rip through every other mob and boss in the game like tissue paper, just not Baal.

It really sounds like they need to tone his ass down. Do people in end-game BiS gear kill Baal on Hell without dying solo?

We have HC players who's killed hell baal
I killed baal nm at level 90ish both times i faced him, elemental druid and limpet laser assassin. Neither of the times was hard, and I died like 5 times, no longer fight than 5 minutes i believe.
You're doing something wrong clearly. Do u have good resistances?
