40 movement speed boots (easy if you use runeword nih can just roll 40ms before making rw).
Cannot be frozen mod spawns on bunch of items, easiest one to get would be probably athulua oracle tu amulet. If you can get it to +3, this is actually really nice amulet for the build, 250 ar, 40 ias, all good stats. Other than that there are some unique chests, candlewake being nice option.

As for fauzt slow, it was removed, 200 fhr is enough. Even less can work if you have decent uninterruptible attack, ideally both.

What cycles would you recommend putting on the orb of corruption trinket that drops off of Lucion? Still continue to go with Vitality or could it be worth it to get magic find cycles? Thanks for the great guide, really enjoying the build.

It really depends if you have patience to farm this. I was putting everything except gold find and energy.. :D
More patient you are, you can focus on specific stats.
For farming with full str variant probably wanna max that strength as priority.
For build from 1st post, vitality would be the focus, and flat life.

Which cycles are best for barb when it comes to corrupted wormhole?

I know they can I had up until now NIH with 30%, but decided just now to reroll them and see if there is any difference with 10% more.
Also capped my FHR cause i was short up until now. Will see if that also makes any difference- it should at least prevent from being locked from big hits.

I don't know about the helmet, but the weapon definitely doesnt do you any favor in fights like Kab and Astro. Defense is kinda irrelevant there and you need source of slow target ( at least for kabraxis - 25% slow is the cap btw against bosses).
My Deathgaze does 6.7k dmg with mark of the wild, and even that damage is not great.
All the bosses you described above require some set of skills. Ureh can be nasty with his deathstrike and frozen ability. You really need to kill him quick cause he starts to spawn minions. Usually I jump cast fortress immediately then proceed with deathgaze.
Kabraxis as melee is tricky and you need to be both fast and have slow source.
Astro just requires patience and not killing totems.

Ureh and kabraxis aren't that easy, need some proper character control and timing. You can watch the video, I'm doing it with worse gear and it was all first attempts. This build doesn't respond that well to better gear, as it is meant to be cheap spec to progressed deep without investments and respec (which is big penalty by itself).
For astrogha you really need different attack skill, or if you really insist on killing it with barb axe skills, then heavy pierce gear and maxed iceburst. Deathgaze is terrible in this encounter, its similar as trying to kill it with thornstrike tree, terrible experience. Thats why I used charged strike.

There is reason why I don't list expensive gear for this build.

I'll fuck around with really gg gear once im done with ubers.
