TTAD doesn't work with aoe skills afaik, only direct melee single target hit. So you can't double wolves damage, that would be amazing if it worked, and it would be priority to get it on something even much earlier.
As for attack rating, TU LIGHT GAUNTLETS, need to repeat this every page. I'd use them even with best gear, there is no better gloves for this build imo, no sssu, xis, nothing comes close to them. All bosses 95% chance to hit after one-few attacks. Trash also seems to be heavily affected by this.
When it comes to "gg" gear for the build, I honestly wouldn't recommend many xis runewords.
First of all you need signets and go full strength at that point. You have all charms, your life is high enough.
Weapon, good craft is probably better than su labrys, unless latter is ethereal. Also for specifically bosses, labrys is better (because of proc), but not sure about aoe farming.
Notable good item combo is wolf druid chest + belt. Alternative would be candlewake su, for str bonus, if you have 5-6k str, bonus is substantial. What is better, debatable, procs from wolf set make up for lot of damage, it also adds crapload of str by itself.
As for boots there are good su options either akarat's trek or knights grace, will be an upgrade.
Gloves as i said, id keep TU.
Amulet for aoe farming you want In For The Kill, for bosses good rare with pierce, with su labrys +3 black dwarf, if you gonna use iceburst.
Rings, assur rings are good, bis for duncraig, otherwise some su rings, +2 sotnk not bad option.
Helm, warmonger for aoe farming, and something with pierce for bosses. Taha helm is pretty nice too.
For buff you want quarak's will + bererkerr, or two quarak's if you bother to self buff it by attacking from time to time.
