Life bugs out when hitting ~33k.

I've only found one post in existence stating anything about this whatsoever, saying it "overflows" at about this amount.
I'm not really sure how or why it "overflows".

But more importantly - are there any ways to fix this? Or do I have to keep my life under ~33k to play?

Its a visual bug when you reach said amount, you don't have to worry about it at all.

However when it happens with mana you do have to lower your mana as a result of it. If you are at 100/33k mana and your spell costs 101, even though you are overflowing your mana, the game thinks you currently have 100 mana only.

Add those two numbers and you have your actual health value.

Unfortunately it doesn't matter if it's purely a visual bug or not.
Once I hit ~32768, my life overflows, constantly making me think it's empty, and freaks me the hell out incessantly as I hit a pot and start evading, thinking I just got hit with massive burst.

This happens every few seconds; I can't really play like that

Sell out your crafted items, change some ubercharms with worse %life bonuses and you'll be fine.
