If there's an updated list that I missed, I apologize. I also see that it's been a year since the last reply, so I guess I necro'd this post, I apologize for that as well.

I just started Act II (normal) and got an amulet with 1% reanimate: Hellspawn, but I see it under Act IV on the list. Has there been lots of changes to what spawns where since this list was posted?

I'm also unsure how the amulet works. How is the reanimate triggered?

Thanks guys.

The list has where the monsters spawn as an opponent normally (then maybe now still) so you go to see and have an idea what he does, ranged, melee, spells. But you can reanimate it anytime you kill anything, it's like a proc for summon that doesn't follow you.

The hellspawn monster is one that normally spawns in Act 5 as an enemy you can fight, but that doesn't mean it can't be rolled on an amulet earlier.

To put it simplistically, whenever you kill a monster it has a 1% chance of coming back to life as an allied Hellspawn. It won't follow you, it will more or less wander around in the area attacking your enemies and taking hits for you.
