problem with authorization to Trade Center

I tried to authorize in the trade center. I have provided the name of the TSW account and the correct password. Unfortunately, there was a message saying that the username or password is incorrect. I have checked it several times and the effect is the same. I have a similar problem when I try to log in to tsw.vn.cz. Does anyone have an idea what could be the cause of such a situation?

D2 limits password length to 12 chars, NotArmory/TradeCenter doesn't.
Your password is probably longer, until we fix it use only first 12 characters of your password

edit: should work even with longer passwords on both places now

It's not working for me and my password is less than 12 characters. Full disclosure, I use an Ampersand in my PW and that character can be prone to "encoding" issues, could you please look into that?
