what is this "jewel" to add socket to items? how to get it

It's an item that drops from monsters. You cube an armor or weapon with 1 to 6 jewels to add 1-6 sockets respectively.

nut what is that item, i made it to nm, and havent spotted that one even once, ecempt normal jewels, buit tried to cube them with items, which result to no effect

The item has to have no sockets for it to work.

then how is that fking possible to find setzschild 0 sockets....
for 1 hour of rejoinging a fking game to gamble, i managed to find one shild with 1 soc, and one with 3 sock........

U can gamble items. U can also downgrade an item, so if u gamble it will be magic (blue). U can make it white by using the oils u can buy from vendors.
Read the documents, specifically what u can use the cube for since it is quite alot..

Hey guys, I'm new here. I just found out about Median XL like 4 days ago. I'm currently in Act 2: Normal. Somehow, I cannot continue the Halls of the Dead Quest. My character is unable to enter the lower levels, even going back outside to Dry Hills. I tried the other cave in Rocky Waste, but still same issue there. Is there any simple solution to this problem? I already tried restarting the game.

EDIT: I just solved it myself. I have to reset my left click back to normal attack in order to enter lower level caves or exit. And I forgot that the cube is given at the start of the game, so I just wasted my time in the halls of the dead. lol.

Emblem of Terror, what is it for? I know it's a cube reagent and there's 6 more (I think) to cube with a (book?)

IIRC, there are six such emblems that can be used to create a really super powerful bow, or to upgrade a late-game charm. They are extremely rare and can drop anywhere in Hell difficulty.

I believe that the Oil of Renewal item is what you're looking for. It resets an item's quality to Superior and also randomizes its number of sockets. They cost a bit of cash, but not that much. They're sold by one character in each act - Gheed, Drognan, Alkor, Halbu, Larzuk.

Hi I am new to Merdianxl. Awesome mod I am really impressed. My question is I went thru Act 1 as a barbarian mostly strength but some vitality too, guardian spirits, wolves,earthquake and iron spirals.......I ripped thru the monsters way to easily. I don't remember vanilla Diablo 2 being so easy but I've never uses a Barbarian build before. Does it get harder or do i need to go thru and unlock higher difficulties?

Does anyone know any of Pac-Man's spawn mechanics?
E.g. only spawning near walls or not, spawn chance, spawn on cow kill vs random level spawn, etc.

He can be spawned on cow kill and the chance is quite low, so expect to commit cow genocide before you'd be able to meet him.
