Question regarding caps for minions. I've seen it noted a few places that resists are capped at 75% for minions. Can someone please confirm if that's the case? And also, is there a cap for minion life and damage percentages?

Also, anyone know the odds of movement speed spawns on boots? It says they can spawn between 0-40 but I don't think I've come across a pair that spawned with 40% movement speed. Wondering if getting 35% or 40% might have a much lower probability of spawning?

Not sure about minion stats in general, but I don't think there is a cap for life and damage bonus and regarding resistances, the cap is either 50% or 75% on the last difficulty, someone will correct me.

Movement speed affix group probabilities has a form of normal distribution, that is the chance to get 20% has the highest possibility and the chance to get 0% and 40% has the lowest possible outcome. Not every affix from this group can spawn at level 1 (quality level) as well.

Created a complete character guide
Minions get 15% resist from skill levels, which caps at 75%. It happens automatically by just getting +skill gear. Then you can in addition to that get another 75% in order to have 150% in total. So minion resist are capped at 50% total resist in hell. However, there are things like mephisto‘s spell that reduces resist, so it doesn‘t hurt to have more minion resist for those special cases.

I don‘t know if that has changed in sigma though, so if one of the devs could deny/confirm, that‘d be great.

In the past when heroic shield still existed we did need guides, as there were 'checkmarks' (not sure this is the right word) such as how much dmg needed, how much pierce needed,.... Now it's much simpler, you just get enough dmg, enough hit recovery and 1321541 hp pots and remember to keep a good distance with him so that he does not jump in your face and eventually you will get the charm. The sidequest of ultra elements is another thing but the strategy is too simple in theory we dont need guide for that.

Is that a bug ? can i do something with that ring?

I'm assuming the answer to this is "no" but I'll ask anyway. Can the gear you equip on your mercenary help to boost things for your minions? Minion damage, minion life, minion resists.

Anyone know which breakpoint a Paladin should be looking at for Increased Attached Speed if you're using a scepter and the main skills you are using are Plague, Scourge, Divine Judgement and Colosseum? Would you want to look at 1H Swing, 1H Thrust or Fist?
