i installed ver 10 of plugy, 1.13c and I play in D2SE if that helps.

"quests data not found" means that you're trying to load Sigma character with old app version or vice versa: load non-sigma with the latest version.

Will the offline tool support sigma 1.10?

i'll try matching versions of both mxl and the offline tools later, wish me luck. it's getting annoying that i cannot level down for the early charms.

crashes while loading up a necro save as of 1.1.0 game version

Crash when i try load my character (barb), all work without problem but when i go in 3 act and after that try load char, program crash. Only on that character. Version 1.1.0
