Assassin already has the best avoidance. It was made like this for boosting your early game leveling.Afterwards at around lvl 50-54 it starts to balance itself.You can just max the skill out and receive the best from it as it is.Wish you good luck in your travels!

It has been a really long time not playing melee necromancer, tell me, in terms of survivability or clear speed which is better STR Scythe or DEX Dagger melee necromancer?

dexterity dagger and shield builds have chance to block. Skythes have a bit higher damage

there is no consensus on this, i had a very good experience with scythe last season, with eth buffs, and new skills it should be even better!

thats not answering my question :/ i wana now if there is another decay on lvl 130 for example
