Aaaand we don't really have too many better places to put the points still. Rathma's can be capped for some Deadly strike or Death pact for some extra defense but that's about it.

As you get more +max skill levels, you'll feel the loss of points even more. Once you get a decent weapon (Hwanin or better), you can prolly leave Famine at 1 point tho.
Choices for skill points include Talon's hold (25% slow cap for bosses), Rathma's chosen (1% deadly strike per point), Death pact (defense yo)

An amazing craft beats all other options.
If you got a high-roll Advent, I wouldn't bother with Buriza and if you got a high-roll Buriza, I wouldn't bother with Advent. They're not that far from each other when it comes to single target.
Also the endgame update should come today.
