100% correct actually. There is no phys/magic piercing IIRC. Doom/Chrono aren't pierce, they're reductions, meaning they help the party too.

I just need to sure and feeling a bit dumb after doing a bit of reading. so do all on striking phys WDM procs (eg: thunderslam) from my character's equipment helps in getting out procs much faster?

I am trying to craft a zombie head (sacred) for my necromancer and I am looking for +necro skills also.

but in more than 100 tries, I never got it. is it a bug? do I need to change item?

I saw in the documentation that the +necro skill can appear on all necro shields....

Check that the item lvl is 99 on the zombie head
Hold cursor on item and press "del" buttom

Well faster attack speed = more attacks = more procs

Bad luck honestly. There's something like 40 or 50 possible affixes you can roll, and you roll 4 at at time.
