sorry if i didn't rephrase the question well. for example, say hammertime procs and the hammers are on their way to a target, are those hammers counted in the 'on striking' projectiles that also helps releasing procs from other items like the arrows from knights grace.
I've seen these since i play judgenoctule sin but I still kinda not sure about it.

iirc they will proc other on striking procs if hammertime is wdm.
